Consumers receive email/text alerts to update them on the status of their delivery.

A dedicated ‘Consumer iWAD App’ can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store by the customer directly to their phone or tablet device. They can then follow the journey of their delivery:

  • View the status of their delivery.
  • Track their package in real time.
  • Estimated time of delivery.
  • ‘Rate the Driver’ functionality – so you know what your company thinks of us.
  • View a complete history of deliveries from your company with iWAD.

These features mean that consumers can ensure someone is always at home to accept the delivery – no more frustrating trips to the local parcel center.

The customer can also, via the app, view which driver will be making the delivery through photo and name identification security features.

The app can also be used to contact the driver with any specific delivery requests or if they want to re-arrange delivery – or re-time a delivery. Saving time whether it is an iWAD or your own company driver.
